Terms of Service

• You may use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• The Service is provided for convenience. Some tools may have limitations, edge cases, or formatting differences depending on browser, file type, and inputs.
• The Service may change over time (tools may be added, modified, or removed).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or is unlawful.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (for example via automated abuse or denial-of-service).

• You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them.
• Textavia does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
• As between you and Textavia, you retain your rights to your inputs and your outputs.

Some tools require uploading a file (for example, certain image conversions). When you upload a file, you grant Textavia a limited permission to process that file solely to provide the requested output.

Do not upload sensitive files. For details on processing, analytics, and storage, see Privacy Policy (server-side processing).

AI features

• AI answers, rewrites, translations and definitions are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them before you use or send them, and don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
• Don’t use the AI features to create unlawful, harmful, harassing or sexually explicit content, content that infringes others’ rights, or content that impersonates someone. If you see an answer like that, report it with the flag button.
• The free version includes a daily number of AI uses, and Premium a larger one. The current numbers are shown in the app; we may change them. Daily uses reset at midnight UTC. Automated or excessive use may be limited.
• How the text you send to AI features is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play, which handles payment. Prices, any free trial and any introductory price are shown in the app and on the Google Play purchase screen before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Cancel any time in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Restore purchases in the app links a subscription bought with your Google account to a new install.

The keyboard and ads

• The app is built on FlorisBoard, open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0; its notices are available in the app under About.
• The free version shows ads in the app’s screens; the keyboard itself never shows ads.

The Service (including branding, visual design, and site content) may be protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Textavia’s trademarks or branding without permission.

The Service may include third-party services (for example, analytics providers, the AI providers OpenAI and Google, Google Play and Google AdMob). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textavia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textavia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page.
