Some tools require uploading a file (for example, certain image conversions). When you upload a file, you grant Textavia a limited permission to process that file solely to provide the requested output.

The Service (including branding, visual design, and site content) may be protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Textavia’s trademarks or branding without permission.

The Service may include third-party services (for example, analytics providers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textavia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textavia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
