Find and Replace Text - Bulk Text Editor

A find and replace tool searches for a specific string in your text and swaps every occurrence with a replacement. It handles single characters, words, or phrases. Use it to update names, correct typos, or transform data in bulk.

1. Paste your text: Add the content you want to modify.
2. Enter find string: Type the word or phrase to search for.
3. Enter replace string: Type what to replace it with (leave empty to delete).
4. Replace: Click Replace All and copy the updated text.

Output: All 50 instances updated.

Case sensitivity

By default, "apple" won't match "Apple." Enable case-insensitive mode or normalize casing first.

Partial matches

Searching for "cat" will match "category." Use word boundaries or check results carefully.

• Preview changes before copying to catch unintended replacements.
• For regex patterns, escape special characters like . and *.
• Combine with the duplicate line remover to clean up repeated lines after replacement.

• Remove duplicate lines with the duplicate line remover.

• Normalize whitespace with the whitespace remover.
