Mateo builds, tests, and maintains tools on Textavia and writes the guides that go with them. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México (UnADM).
He has a passion for teaching and cares most about explanations a non-specialist can follow: what a tool does, where it breaks, and how to check the output before trusting it.
When he is not working, Mateo solves programming problems for fun and hikes the trails around Mexico City.
