Reddit has two kinds of styling, and they work in different places. Most font sites skip that part, so the generator keeps them apart:

Usernames only accept letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores, and they're permanent. For a styled name, open your profile, choose Edit profile, and paste it as your display name.
Reddit formatting cheat sheet
Reddit formatting is the cleaner way to style a comment: the words stay searchable and screen readers handle them well. On a computer, switch the comment box to Markdown mode before pasting. In the Reddit app you can type it directly.

When your text has several lines, the generator wraps each line on its own, because Reddit formatting stops at a line break.
Fonts that read well, and ones that don't
Bold, italic, cursive, outline, and typewriter come from Unicode's mathematical letter sets, which nearly every phone and computer can display. Styles marked "may show boxes on some phones" use rarer characters or stack marks on top of letters, the way Glitch does. Use them for a single word, not a whole title.
Before you style a title, know the trade-offs:
- Reddit search treats ๐ฏ๐ผ๐น๐ฑ letters as different characters. Someone searching "camping tips" won't find "๐ฐ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐".
- Screen readers may read fancy text letter by letter, or skip it.
- Some communities remove decorated titles through their rules or AutoModerator. Check the sidebar first.
