Create a heart shaped QR code people want to scan
A plain square QR code can look out of place on an invitation, card, or gift. This heart shaped QR code generator turns your link, message, Wi-Fi login, or contact details into a design that fits the occasion. Choose one code color, check that it scans, and download a PNG or SVG that is ready to use.
Send wedding guests straight to your RSVP page, share a private photo album, add a message to a Valentine card, or make venue Wi-Fi easier to join. There is no account, watermark, or Textavia redirect.
Make your heart QR code
- Choose URL, Text, Wi-Fi, or vCard.
- Enter the link or information you want people to receive.
- Pick a pattern, one code color, and a light background.
- Wait for Scan check passed in the preview.
- Download PNG for screens or SVG for print.
The preview updates as you make changes, so you can finish the design without guessing whether it will scan.
Choose a style that fits the occasion
Soft
Start with Soft for a clean design that suits most invitations, cards, menus, and signs. It gives the heart a smoother look without making the pattern too delicate.
Diamonds
Choose Diamonds for a sharper, more geometric style. It is a good option for smaller prints or designs that need a bolder QR pattern.
Heart dots
Choose Heart dots when you want the most decorative result. Use a larger size so the small heart details stay clear after printing.
Leave Heart silhouette on for the full heart shape. Center heart adds another romantic detail, but turning it off can help if the scan check shows a warning.
Match the code to your design
Use the Code color to change the entire heart at once. A deep green, navy, burgundy, or black code can work well on a white or pale background. Keep a strong difference between the two colors so phone cameras can read the result quickly.
Avoid placing the code over a photo, pattern, foil finish, or dark paper. The heart should be easy to see at a glance, not something guests have to hunt for.
Ideas for weddings, gifts, and events
Wedding RSVP
Paste the full RSVP link and match the code color to your invitation. Download SVG for a sharp result in your stationery layout, then scan a printed proof before ordering the full batch.
Save-the-date photo album
Link to your wedding website or shared gallery so guests can reach it with one scan. Check the sharing permissions before printing the code.
Valentine message
Choose Text and enter a short note. The message opens from the QR code itself, so you do not need to publish a web page first.
Reception Wi-Fi
Choose Wi-Fi and enter the network name and password. Place the printed code near the entrance or on each table so guests can connect without asking for the password.
Protect your print run
A design that scans on your monitor can still fail after it is printed too small, cropped, blurred, or placed on reflective paper. Use this checklist before you order invitations, signs, stickers, or packaging:
- Keep the code dark and the background light.
- Do not crop the clear space around the heart.
- Use a larger size for Heart dots or long messages.
- Avoid folds, textured paper, foil, and busy backgrounds.
- Scan the exported file and a printed proof with more than one phone.
The live scan check catches many design problems before download. A printed proof is still the best way to confirm the final size, paper, ink, and lighting.
Choose PNG or SVG
Use PNG for social posts, email, messaging apps, and simple digital layouts. Choose 512px or larger when the code will be a main part of the design.
Use SVG for invitations, posters, table signs, stickers, and professional print layouts. You can resize it without losing sharp edges.
Fix common problems
The scan check needs attention
Choose a darker Code color and a lighter Background color. If the warning remains, turn off Center heart or switch to Diamonds. A shorter link or message can also produce a simpler code.
The code shows text instead of opening a page
Enter the complete web address, including https://. Some camera apps treat example.com/rsvp as plain text instead of a link.
The file scans, but the printed code does not
Print it larger and make sure the printer did not blur or crop the design. Matte, high-contrast printing is usually easier for phone cameras to read than reflective or low-contrast finishes.
The link has changed
Create and download a new code. The link in a static QR code cannot be edited after the image is made.
Private, free, and ready when you need it
Your link, message, Wi-Fi password, and design stay in your browser. Textavia does not upload or store them. The QR code does not expire, and you do not need an account or subscription to use it.
For campaign links, create the final tagged address with the UTM builder before you make the QR code. Use the URL encoder when a destination contains characters that need encoding.
